1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing and using Froqa's car wash loyalty software ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Software.
2. License Grant
Froqa grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software subject to the following conditions:
- The license is granted only to the original purchaser of the Software
- The license is non-transferable and cannot be sold, shared, or distributed to third parties
- The license is limited to use within your car wash business
- You may not modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Software
- You may use the Software indefinitely, including the last version you have access to
3. Software Updates
Your license includes one year of free updates from the date of purchase. After this period:
- You can continue using the last version of the Software you have access to indefinitely
- To receive newer versions, you'll need to renew your license
- Renewals are offered at a 40% discount from the current purchase price
4. Installation and Support
Froqa provides the following support services:
- Free installation and configuration support
- Technical assistance for setup and operation
- Access to documentation and resources
5. Data Responsibility
As a self-hosted solution:
- You are responsible for the security and backup of your data
- You must comply with applicable data protection laws
- You are responsible for handling customer data requests
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Resell, distribute, or share the Software with third parties
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Software
- Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings
7. Termination
Froqa reserves the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination:
- You must cease all use of the Software
- You must delete all copies of the Software
- You will not be entitled to any refund
8. Limitation of Liability
Froqa shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business interruption
- Data loss or corruption
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
