Froqa is a cloud-based software solution. Froqa acts as the data processor, while you (the repeat service business) remain the data controller for any customer data processed through the system.   • We have entered into a Data Processing Agreement with you as the data controller
  • We process personal data only for the purposes specified in this agreement
  • We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data security
  • We will notify you immediately of any data breach that may affect your customers' data
  • We will assist you in conducting data protection impact assessments when required

Software Updates and Support

When providing software updates or support:

  • We may access your data for legitimate business purposes including support, maintenance, and service improvement
  • All access is logged and monitored for security purposes
  • We will not use your data for any purpose other than providing the service
  • We maintain strict confidentiality and will not share your data with third parties without your consent
